Med Youth Meeting 2024! (English below)
Mana Chuma Teatro ha intrapreso un rapporto di stretta collaborazione con il REF –Réseau Euromed France (www.euromed-france.org) per l’organizzazione del Med Youth Meeting, la cui edizione 2024 si terrà a Reggio Calabria dal 12 al 15 giugno.
Il REF è una rete di 42 organizzazioni della società civile francese (associazioni, collettivi e sindacati) e singoli membri che operano nei Paesi del Mediterraneo, attivi in settori chiave come istruzione e gioventù, arte e cultura, migrazione, economia sociale, ambiente, uguaglianza di genere, diritti umani, ricerca, ecc.
La rete Med Youth è uno spazio riconosciuto di dialogo, cooperazione, scambio, scoperta e incontro, per un futuro comune tra le sponde del Mediterraneo.
Nel corso degli anni, attraverso gli incontri, è stato costruito uno spazio di libertà e di networking che offre ai partecipanti al progetto l’opportunità di migliorare le loro pratiche attuate a livello locale, di rafforzare le loro conoscenze e di portare i messaggi dei giovani nell’area del Mediterraneo.
Il Med Youth Meeting è un incontro che riunisce ogni anno circa 80 giovani del Mediterraneo impegnati nella società civile sui temi dell’occupazione e della formazione professionale, della partecipazione civica, della migrazione e della mobilità, della giustizia sociale e climatica e della libertà di espressione.
L’edizione 2024 si terrà a Reggio Calabria, dal 12 al 15 giugno, in collaborazione con Mana Chuma Teatro.

Criteri di idoneità:
- Essere di età compresa tra i 18 e i 35 anni;
- Provenienza da uno dei seguenti Paesi: Algeria, Cipro, Egitto, Spagna, Francia, Grecia, Italia, Giordania, Libano, Libia, Malta, Marocco, Palestina, Portogallo, Siria, Tunisia, Turchia;
- Essere impegnati nella società civile attraverso un’organizzazione o un progetto personale (giornalismo, blog, arte, imprenditoria…) su uno o più dei cinque temi del progetto;
- Essere disponibili a recarsi a Reggio Calabria dal 12 al 15 giugno 2024.
Si prega di notare che tutte le spese relative all’evento (trasporto, alloggio, pasti) saranno coperte dagli organizzatori.

Med Youth Meeting 2024!
Mana Chuma Teatro has embarked on a close collaboration with the REF –Réseau Euromed France for the organisation of the Med Youth Meeting, whose 2024 edition will be held in Reggio Calabria from 12 to 15 June.
The REF is a network of 42 French civil society organisations (associations, collectives and trade unions) and individual members operating in the Mediterranean countries and active in key sectors: youth and education, art and culture, migration, social economy, environment, gender equality, human rights, research, etc.
The Med Youth network is a recognised space for dialogue, cooperation, exchange, discovery and encounter, for a common future between the Mediterranean shores.
Over the years, through the meetings, a space of freedom and networking has been built providing participants with the opportunity to improve their practices implemented at local level, to strengthen their knowledge and to carry youth messages to the Mediterranean area.
The Med Youth Meeting is an annual meeting that brings together around 80 young people from the Mediterranean region involved in civil society on issues related to employment and vocational training, civic participation, migration and mobility, social and climate justice and freedom of expression.
The 2024 edition will be held from 12 to 15 June in Reggio Calabria and organised in collaboration with Mana Chuma Teatro.

Eligibility criteria:
– Being aged between 18 and 35 years old;
– Coming from one of the following countries: Algeria, Cyprus, Egypt, Spain, France, Greece, Italy, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Malta, Morocco, Palestine, Portugal, Syria, Tunisia, Turkey;
– Being involved in civil society through an organisation or a personal project (journalism, blog, art, entrepreneurship…) in one or more of the five fields of the encounter;
– Being available to travel to Reggio Calabria from 12 to 15 June 2024.
Please note that all expenses related to the event (transport, accommodation, meals) will be covered by the organisers.
