Warmly welcomed by major Salvatore la Spina and the local community Mana Chuma just spent the past few working days in Centuripe, a beautiful Sicilian village suspended between the hills in the province of Enna.
In the framework of this journey we presented Longa è a jurnata, a stage reading by Massimo Barilla and Salvatore Arena, text by Salvatore Arena, on stage on 30 October at the Zō Centro Culture Contemporanee in Catania, to the inhabitants of Centuripe.
The main aim of this stay was also to initiate collaboration with the town of Centuripe revolving around theatre training workshops, performances, poetry readings with an active involvement of the inhabitants and local artistic community.
