“Like a Little Grain of Sand” in Macedonia

Like a Little Grain of Sand has been selected by the International Monodrama Festival in Bitola, North Macedonia, whose 24th edition will be held from 12 to 20 May.

The Macedonian city’s Monodrama Festival is part of the UNESCO Monodrama Festivals and is a special occasion where companies and artists from different countries meet and present their works with only one actor on stage.

The 24th International Monodrama Festival is entitled To be: not just a theme, but an invitation to explore the many facets of human experience through the art of monodrama. From the depths of despair to the heights of joy, artists from different corners of the world will take the audience on a journey through the complexities of what it means to exist.

Salvatore Arena will be on stage with Like a Little Grain of Sand. Giuseppe Gulotta, The Story of an Innocent Man (text and direction by Salvatore Arena and Massimo Barilla),
on Thursday 18 May at 7.30 pm
at the Big Hall / NI Centre of Culture in Bitola.
